("Leotude", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India with CIN U18202GJ2021PTC125527 and having its registered office at Plot No. 3, Ode-Pirana Road, Behind Swastik Business Park, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382427, India.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the site, including all information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through it. By visiting the site or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, each of which forms part of these Terms.

These Terms constitute an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act 2000 and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature.

All products listed on the site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product sold to any person or address, to discontinue any product, and to restrict the sale of our products to any geographic region, at our discretion.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display the colours, fabrics and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, the way colours appear can vary between screens and devices, and we cannot guarantee that your display will show them exactly as they are.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where:

  • the product is out of stock or has been discontinued;
  • there is an error in the price, description or availability of a product;
  • we are unable to verify the billing, contact or delivery details provided;
  • the order appears to be placed by a dealer, reseller or distributor; or
  • we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

If we cancel or change an order after it has been placed, we will attempt to notify you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of the order, and any amount already paid will be refunded.

Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cards, UPI, net banking and Cash on Delivery where available. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your card details on our own systems.

Cash on Delivery availability depends on your delivery pin code and on the value of the order, and may be withdrawn at our discretion.

Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Delivery timelines and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Please read both before placing an order, as they form part of these Terms.

Accuracy of Information on the Site

We may terminate your access to the Services for any breach of this section.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leotude Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or of the rights of a third party.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the site. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms. Any provision of these Terms that by its nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreement under which we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Grievance Redressal
